I started EBHM Consulting because I wanted to help companies build products that actually work for the people using them and to do it with a team that knows both the private and public sides of the table.

EBHM is a certified Women-Owned Small Business based in Atlanta. We work with startups, established companies, government agencies, and nonprofits. I don't keep a fixed roster sitting on a bench; for each project, I bring together the product managers, strategists, and analysts who fit what the work actually needs. I've also led initiatives with budgets north of $10 million, so I'm comfortable steering big, complicated projects from the first planning meeting to launch.

On the private side, we've helped companies in healthcare, finance, and technology move products through every stage — research, user testing, design, development, and launch — and we lean on real data to make the calls that grow revenue and hold up over time.

On the public side, we get how it really works: the regulations, the tight budgets, the stakeholders who don't always agree. We build products that fit an agency's priorities and make a real difference for the people they serve.

What it all comes down to is doing the work well and bringing a point of view that's still too rare in this field.
